Order & Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
- No, we have warehouses in United States, Germany, United Kingdom and Japan, so we only can ship to USA, EU, UK and JP from corresponding warehouse. We can't ship to other areas in the world at this moment.
How many days do you need to fulfill the order?
- We will ship the order within 1-2 business days after order purchased and update the tracking number online if the product is in stock.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Typically it takes 3-7 business days to receive your order. We’re doing our best to deliver it promptly for you.

Can I cancel my order?
- If you just purchased the order and it has not been shipped by us, we can contact us to cancel the order and we will refund you. But if the order has been shipped by us, we can't cancel the order, please understand.
I never got my order, what to do?
- Please make sure you tracked your order from the shipping tracking page. If there is any problem with the shipment (package delayed, no shipping update, etc), contact us through email, we will help to sort it out.

1. Non-defective /No-longer needed products
If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, Megawheels' return policy allows you to return the product purchased in an authorized channel within 30 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
Please contact us immediately by sending an email to support@megawheels.com to obtain the return address or return label. Customer need to responsible for the return shipping cost of the package that shipped by customer themselves or the cost for return shipping label that we offered.
Once the returned items are returned to Megawheels' warehouse for inspection, the refund or exchange process will begin. (Note: 30 days return policy returns must include all accessories.)
All electric scooter accessories that sold on megawheels.com are not supported to return.
2. Defective products
If the product is defective within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods, you can contact us at support@megawheels.com to apply for a return. Send us the order number, photos or short video to show the malfunction, and after the malfunction is confirmed by our team, we will send you a shipping label and begin the return process.
For defective products, Megawheels will be responsible for the return shipping costs. And after the returned package is delivered, customer can then require for a replacement or refund.
3. 30-days return policy
- All accessories must be included in the box for when returning the item.
- Return requires original packaging.
- The refund or replacement will be handled upon receipt of the return package at the warehouse.
- For non-defective products/No-longer needed Products, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will deduct the shipping fee $50-$60/pc when we are making a refund.
- For defective products, Megawheels will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Refund time limit -We will not be able to accept a full refund after 30 days.
- The return has 30 days (from the date the RMA/ shipping label was created) validity. If customer didn't return the product after 30 days from the date of receiving the shipping label, the return is invalid.
If the product does not meet the above requirements, it may be refused to return.
Refunds
Megawheels provides you with a 30-day quality satisfaction guarantee period. Customer can return the product and get a refund within 30 days after the original delivery date.
Refund terms
- Quality issues: Full refund or replacement.
- Receiving wrong items: Full refund or replacement.
- If accessories are damaged or lost, we will send corresponding accessories for free or accept partial refund.
- If the package can not be delivered or lost, we accept re-send or full refund.
- Customers cancel the order before the package is shipped, we accept full refund.
- If delivery fail due to customer's wrong shipping address, lead to the product be sent to other people, the customer should be responsible for it. If the product is returned to us, we will deduct $50 - $60 as shipping fee for failed shipment when arranging a refund.
- If the customer refuses to accept the package due to non-quality issues or does not want the package. We will deduct the shipping cost $50-$60 at the time of refund or the customer needs to pay an additional $30 to resend.
- Difference price refund: We will not refund the price difference due to the promotion on our website. We will not refund the price difference if the customer forget to use the discount code or use the wrong code before checkout.
Compensation time limit
For returned items or exchanged items, we need to process the solution within 2-5 working days after receiving your item.
After this time, the refund time range is as follows:
- Paypal account refund: up to 48 hours
- Credit card refund: 7-14 business days
How can I return items?
- You may check out our Return Policy first, then please contact our customer service about which items you want to return. (Note: Order number is needed so that we can process your return request and offer the return address or shipping label to you.)
Can I exchange an item?
- If the item is not shipped yet, you can contact us and exchange the item with a higher-price one or a same-price one. You just need to pay for the price difference.
- If the item has been shipped, and you change your mind, you can refuse the package when it arrives. But you should pay for the shipping fee for this.
After-sale Warranty
Is there a warranty on my scooter?
- We have a 30-day return policy from the day that you receive your scooter if you’re not satisfied with it. And we offer 1 year warranty for the scooters of MEGAWHEELS.

Can I call you for customer service?
- We currently do not provide a customer service number, but we would be willing to reply the most of your questions via email.
Product FAQs
How to switch between km/h and mile/h?
- After the scooter is powered on, press the power button 3 times quickly, we can switch the speed unit of the scooter.
Or for the electric scooter that supports APP, you can switch it on your phone.
How to change speed mode of scooter?
-For S10 and S11 electric scooters, after the scooter is powered on, press the "M" button next to the power button, then it will be done.
For the electric scooter that supports APP, you can switch it on your phone.

E1: defective motor hall
- Check the connector between motor and controller, and see whether it is connected well or not. If yes, it is motor defect, we can replace the motor and solve the problem.
E3: Electronic brake malfunction
- Check and see whether the electronic brake connector is drop out or unstuck. If it is still not working, replace the brake throttle.
E4: Accelerator malfunction
- Check and see whether the accelerator connector is drop out or unstuck. If it is still not working, replace the accelerator throttle.
E5: Low-voltage protection
- Try to charge the scooter normally and check whether you can solve it or not.
E6: Communication fault
- Check and see whether the connecting wire joint is dropped out or loosened. If it is still not working, replace the motor or controller.
E9: Motor blocking protection
- We must shut down the scooter and restart it.
About APP
Where can I download the APP?
- The name of our APP is "LEQISMART", you can search it in APP market. Or you can find the QR code for the APP on the user manual and somewhere else.
