Each of our D2 dirt bikes is built around a carbon steel frame, dual suspension, dual hydraulic disc brakes, off-road tires, and speed mode. But there are some real differences between our models, and you should know them before you decide which one is for you.
D2 Lite — A Beginner-Friendly Entry Model
The D2 Lite is our entry-level option. This is for riders who are looking to get started without jumping into extreme power right away. Still, it delivers the off-road capability and build quality MEGAWHEELS is known for, at a more accessible price.
The D2 Lite is powered by a 1000W motor that can reach a peak output of 3000W. The 48V, 23.4Ah battery provides up to 45 miles of range before you need to recharge. The 14" front and 12" rear tires grip the ground confidently, and with a 30° gradeability, you can conquer real-world hills without a problem.
This is a great electric dirt bike for beginners that is capable of doing much more than you would expect from an entry-level bike.
D2 — Balanced Power for Everyday Off-Road Riding
The standard D2 dirt bike can handle rougher terrain with ease and provides a ride that is closer to a full-sized off-road motorcycle experience.
It provides a higher level of performance compared to the Lite model while still being easy to ride for most users.
This version upgrades the motor to 1500W, with a 3550W peak output. That extra power is backed by a larger 48V, 26Ah battery, stretching your range to 53 miles per charge.
The tire size remains the same as the D2 Lite. But the added torque, longer range, and better hill-climbing power make the D2 a fundamentally different riding experience.
D2 Pro — The Flagship High-Performance Model
At the top of the lineup is the D2 Pro, which is the most powerful electric dirt bike in this series. This model is built for riders who want higher speed, stronger climbing ability, and longer range.
The D2 Pro is powered by a 2,000W brushless motor with a peak output of 6000W. Three speed modes, top speed reaches 50mph, making it the fastest motorcycle-style dirt bike in the lineup.
The 60V, 30Ah battery is the largest in the lineup, offering a range of 60 miles. This is a distance that makes a short ride into a real adventure. It also gets an exclusive tire upgrade: 17" front and 14" rear wheels. These larger wheels provide a bigger contact patch, sharper handling, and greater stability and traction at high speed.
Maximum load capacity bumps up to 265 lbs, and the 35° gradeability holds strong. Equipped with dual hydraulic disc brakes and dual suspension, the D2 Pro delivers a ride that feels every bit as serious as it looks.
