Megawheels provides you with a 14-day quality satisfaction guarantee period:
14-day returns: All purchased products can be returned within 14 days and refunded using the original payment method. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
30-day exchange: within 30 days of receiving the goods, if there is a quality problem, the customer enjoys a free exchange.
Up to 12 months warranty: We provide a 12-month warranty for scooters. We deal with quality-related issues by replacing parts.
Lifetime technical support: If you have any questions about the purchase, please feel free to contact us directly, we will serve you wholeheartedly!
If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, Megawheels' return policy allows you to return the product purchased in an authorized channel within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, and you may apply for a refund from the Authorized Channel for any reason whatsoever.
Please contact us immediately at email@example.com to obtain the return address or return label. Megawheels is not responsible for the shipping costs of packages returned by customers.
Once the returned items are returned to Megawheels' warehouse for inspection, the refund or exchange process will begin.
14 days return policy returns must include all accessories.
We will perform a refund/replacement after receiving the returned package.
For defective products, Megawheels is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund time limit. We will not be able to accept a full refund after 14 days. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Must apply to Megawheels for return of the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. To request a return, please contact the Megawheels service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Megawheels is not responsible for the shipping costs of packages returned by customers themselves.

3. If accessories are damaged or lost, send corresponding accessories for free or accept partial refund
4. The package can not be delivered or lost, accept re-send or full refund
5. Customers cancel the order before the package is shipped, and receive a full refund.
Note: Megawheels has the right to organize any promotion
The customer provided the wrong delivery address, lead to the product be sent to other people, the customer should be responsible for it. If the product is returned to us, the customer needs to pay an additional $20 to resend.
The customer refuses to accept the package due to non-quality issues or does not want the package. We will deduct the shipping cost $40-$60 at the time of refund or the customer needs to pay an additional $20 to resend
Compensation time limit
For returned items or exchanged items, we need to process the solution within 2-5 working days after receiving your item.
After this time, the refund time range is as follows:
1. Paypal account refund: up to 48 hours
2. Credit card refund: 7-14 business days
The express freight is not refundable.
After your order is shipped, we will not refund.
